We had a wonderful stay at the remington. the room was spacious and adequately equipped with two comfortable king-sized beds. the restaurant impressed us, with the chef ensuring diners were satisfied. dinner was really good; the steak was a standout, and breakfast was equally good. the staff were all friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a central area, right by the very close by hospitals and other medical facilities. Also, location was easy, at a medium distance from a friendly preserve.

We waited ages at check-in because only one staff member was helping while others were just standing around. It was frustrating to watch them handle other guests when we were clearly exhausted after a long journey. A real letdown.
